another split release from these wild platonic life partners and perpetual hold-downs, mark-markers, and bellwethers of the Western Mass noise scene. in this episode, being a crazy noise nerd and music lover gets you weekly gigs DJing dance parties at basement clubs. of course the DJ has to serve the crowd, and to release their pent-up obscuro leanings, our intrepid pair makes a series of mix tapes of “their perfect party”. this one has a science fiction feel, future flutes, shimmering robots rubbing their legs together, f1 pilots gunning down sinister metallic dino-walkers, dark rain on a black plastic street, stuff like that… a noise hand, a collector’s pride, and a club-rocker’s prudence. 80 minutes total, caseless in a full color xerox folder, stapled at the ends.
