Chipsylvania is an online distro for underground artwork, specifically that made in Providence RI and other parts of New England. It is operated and maintained by the people of Rhododendron Festival, publishers of the free monthly newspaper Mothers News, and former agents of the late HBML junk shop.

online purchases can be made using a paypal account or by credit card, using the paypal shopping cart. please feel free to ask us any questions about the product or the ordering process by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. orders are usually processed within a week of receiving your order. on occasion, the item you ordered may be out of stock, in which case we will contact you and issue a refund. please make sure your email address on your paypal account is up to date!
we ship by US mail. unless you contact us to specify that you want to pay for insurance, packages are by default
uninsured and unfortunately we cannot assume liability for loss. if you have any special requests in terms of shipping options, please contact us and we’ll do our best to fulfill your request. posters ship out in tubes.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: our shopping cart and shipping calculations are set up for domestic orders, so if you are ordering from outside the U.S., please expect to be contacted with a shipping cost adjustment, as we would need to recalculate that amount. feel free to contact us to get a more accurate international shipping quote, before you complete your order.
